FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Can't find what you're looking for? Contact admissions directly.

Do I need any cooking experience to apply?

No. Every program starts from the basics and puts you on a real workstation from the first session — one station per student, so nobody's just watching over someone's shoulder.

How long are the programs?

The Chef Course runs 3 months and the Professional Chef Course runs 6 months, each with weekly 3-day batches — plus a Saturday evening batch (5 PM – 8 PM) for job holders, so you can train alongside a job or studies.

Is a kitchen internship included?

Yes — a 4-week placement in one of our 40+ partner hotel and restaurant kitchens, followed by interview and trade-test preparation.

What certification do I get at the end?

A BTEB-affiliated, government-recognised certificate with food-safety accreditation — the same standard hotel kitchens hire against.

How many seats are in each batch?

16 students per batch — small enough that the chef instructor knows how everyone cooks, not just the strongest few.

How do I apply for the winter batch?

Admissions for the October 2026 winter batch are open now with limited seats left. Hit "Apply Now" above or email [email protected] to start.
