Revised office hours for the Ramadan-adjacent scheduling trial

Effective Monday, 1 September 2026, office hours will shift to 8:30 AM–4:00 PM for a four-week trial period. The change applies to all departments except Client Services, which will continue its existing 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule to maintain client coverage.

Staff are asked to update any recurring meeting invitations that fall outside the new window. Feedback on the trial should be sent to the Administration desk by 25 September so a decision on making the change permanent can be made before the next quarter.

Reminder: submission deadline for Q3 expense reports

All Q3 expense reports and receipts must be submitted to Accounts by 31 August.
